Dayrell, a native of London, England has a rich history of player development and success within the Iowa Soccer community. Having spent many years working his way through the USSF educational process, while honing his abilities on and off the field, Paul has been able to create programming and a player development pathway that has has seen unprecedented success in Iowa. The long term player development approach has been a labor of love that has yielded many notable successes for teams, players and parents alike.
In 2013, while in Iowa City, Paul's 17U Girls made history becoming the first (and still only) team from Iowa to win a U.S. Youth Soccer National Championship Regional Title and represent Iowa at a National Championship.
In 2014, Paul's '98 ODP Boys won an ODP Regional Title and made it all the way to a National Championship Final, narrowly losing 1-0 to California in the final.
More importantly than any team success are the many players that have moved on to play at the next level, whether that be into an MLS Academy program or to continued education playing in college.
